How long will it take to ship my order?

If your order does not require printing we will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will notify you via email if there is a back order that will delay the shipment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. League orders with printing will take 2-4 weeks to complete. 

How will my order be packed when it is shipped to me?

Soccer Balls are packed by Size unless multiple sizes have been ordered then they may be in mixed boxes. Uniforms that are not numbered will be packed in bulk. Numbered league orders will be bagged and labeled by team set. Gear & Accessories will be packed and shipped in the most economical way possible.

What shipping method do you use?

We utilize UPS & USPS. Depending on Cost & Location.

Time in Transit USPS & UPS-Ground:

East Cost: 1 to 2 business days

Central: 3 to 4 business days

Mountain: 3 to 4 business days

West Coast: 5 to 6 business days

Are freight charges included in the prices?

Soccer Balls, Apparel & Gear prices include freight for UPS-Ground and USPS. Goals, Paint and Large items will have additional freight charges, this is noted on the Website.. A freight estimate Goals, Paint and Large items can be provided by a Customer Service Representative (Call 1-800-638-9112). Air freight is additional and can be selected on the Website when ordering. 

What happens if I refuse a shipment?

If the order is for custom logo balls or printed apparel the order will be returned to the customer and the account will be responsible for all outstanding charges including return freight. Un-printed/un-decorated merchandise will be returned to stock and the account will be charged for all freight and a 10% restocking fee. All future orders must be prepaid. 

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
